This was a full renovation of an old 17th Century Bakery Outbuilding. I completed all the renovations with the exception of the Heritage wooden windows and an outside drain. Erected all studwork, insulation, plasterboard and flooring. All plumbing and electrics, full bathroom and kitchen including wall and floor tiling. Fitted a brand new staircase, wooden flooring and plastered throughout. The property has Venetian Plaster throughout using a variety of different finishes. The property is now a luxury holiday let in Banff, Aberdeenshire.
